Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our office in Miami. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will ship the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 3 and 5 business days for delivery in the United States, and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (depending on the location).

Will they charge me taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site charge taxes in US dollars for the entire United States. For the rest of the world, you may have to pay tariffs and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, tariffs, and related customs duties may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
